Shipping

  • Shipping Duration: Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. However, during busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
  • You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days from the days of placing the order. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, this may take a few more working days.
  • If your tracking details show “Delivered” but you have not received it, we request you to please contact us immediately within 24hrs of order marked delivered. Beyond that the courier partner is not liable to investigate.
  • Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment facility available with HimalayanNutrition.in
  • If two or more items are ordered, you may receive them in distinct boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.
  • For transit safety purpose products may be shipped separately.
  • It is suggested by us that you should give full and complete address with proper pin code of the state to avoid returns and penalty charges. Please do note that courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address or pin code do not match. The liability to bear such charges and penalties (if any) shall rest with you, to the courier company.
  • You agree that charges of re-shipment of the same order will be payable by you.
  • Rectification/change of address will only be allowed before dispatch of your order. Once your order is dispatched rectification/change of address will not be granted.
  • We will not be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete addresses.
  • You agree that you shall be solely liable and responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial or direct or indirect damages to the package after being left at your address by postal/courier agencies.
  • For any type of shipments to any girl's hostel/college/school etc., specific date and time should be mentioned while placing the order to avoid returns due to permission issues for entering such premises. We will not be responsible for refund or credits if any nor shall re-ship the order in such circumstances.

Product Return and Replacement Policy

We investigate returns & refunds requests if and only if they are supported by unboxing videos shot from the scratch where you receive shrink wrapped jars in our corrugated boxes. This ensures a transparent practice and helps us to provide a better resolution. If the product has any damages or defects please send the video to our customer care at support@himalayannutrition.in or call us at 9709705867 within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We do not take responsibility for refunds if they are of this nature:

  • Customers face allergic reactions.
  • Error in the address input.
  • Inability to comprehend the product.
  • Wrong product ordered.
  • Need of the product is no longer there.

We are highly transparent about our practices, ingredients, and usage of the product.We ensure all customer queries are resolved with respect to our product.If you wish to replace our sealed product with another variant of the same valuethere will be an additional charge of Rs.200 for scheduling one-time pick-up fromyour address.

Please note that only a part of the order cannot be exchanged. In case of refunds please allow 10-15 working days for the entire process to be completed.

Cancellation

Even though we do not have any discretions over orders being placed on our website by visitors, we do hold the eventual authority over fulfilling it. We might putan order on hold or cancel it if it is deemed fraudulent or malicious, without liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of products on the website and stock unavailability.

  • We have the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. The customer further agrees not to dispute the decision made by us regarding the cancellation.
  • Pre-Paid Orders an applicable transaction fee will be deducted before processing refund to principal mode of transaction.
  • Post-Paid Orders an applicable order management fee will be deducted before cancellation, this fee will be levied on the user Wallet and may be incurred in future transactions.
